Sales Contract / Confirmation
Once an order to purchase a product has been made we will send you an email confirming the details of that order. All orders placed on our website represent an offer made to purchase a product from us, the email notification we send to you is an acknowledgement that purchase offer has been accepted.
We must receive full payment from you for all goods (and associated delivery charges) within your order before the purchase offer can be accepted.
Once payment has been received we will process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email to confirm fulfilment.
We are entitled to withdraw from any contracts in the event any obvious errors or pricing inaccuracies are identified in relation to products featured on our website. Where a pricing inaccuracy is identified in regards to your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by email. We will inform you of the correct product pricing and request a confirmation as to whether you wish to cancel the order or continue with the order at the correct price.

Right to Cancel
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase (for any reason) you may cancel the sales contract within 3 weeks of placing the order.
You will be required to return the original products to us and these must be received in a perfect, unused / unmarked condition and in the original packaging (with no signs of damage).

We always aim to ensure our website is up-to-date and shows an accurate stock position. However, if in the unlikely event an item becomes out of stock and we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer and full refund.
